need a whole rainbow to get them minerals and them vitamins
I got onions I got bell peppers
carrots mushrooms kale lettuce
mix you up a big old salad
pick you out some tasty dressing
get some lentils, get some black beans in the strainer
then I drain them then I boil them then I put them on a plate
and add some soy sauce and oil
maybe mix them in with curry
it won't take you 15 minutes, it's good if you're in a hurry
for dessert, get some fruit from the freezer in the blender
I mix in some chia seeds and add some water that's delicious,
my diet is super basic
I splurge on occasion
I eat plenty plant fiber
it keeps me well-regulated
